Austin Scholarship Advisory Committee which awards scholarships to underprivileged students who attended public schools in Wayne, Macomb, & Oakland Counties and who enrolls into Wayne State University as Accounting majors. She is a member of the AICPA and the MICPA. Diamond also volunteers in the "Ask an Expert" program at TechTown Detroit. In Fall 2020, Diamond joined Wayne State University as an Accounting Professor at the Mike Ilitch School of Business.

Diamond has a passion for her community as well, volunteering at various local charities such as Gleaners Food Bank, Enjoy Detroit, and Capuchin Kitchen. In addition, every holiday season, Diamond collects unwanted clothes and shoes for women and children from family and friends and donates them to Alternatives for Girls, her favorite nonprofit. Diamond also sponsors an annual charity basketball game that benefits survivors of domestic violence and sex trafficking.
